Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our coconut processing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and support our commitment to delivering world-class coconut products to global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure timely output
- Monitor product quality and enforce food-safety standards
- Coordinate with warehouse, quality control, and maintenance teams
- Train and guide production staff to maintain optimal performance
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Production Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a food or FMCG production environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, or GMP practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
